Recess Reset is a year-long self-regulation curriculum that gives teachers, schools, and families access to 180 animated video lessons
in both English and Spanish.
Progress daily through this sequential series of animated practice sessions, introducing new characters, self-regulation strategies, and
class rewards each week.

The Recess Reset curriculum is broken down into 3 Levels made up of 18 Units, designed to be used for:
PreK, Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, SPED K-2, and SPED 3-5.

Each grade begins with Level One, Unit #1: Mindful Breathing, and continues sequentially through the curriculum, stopping at each grade's developmental edge. Repeating practice of earlier units throughout each grade level intentionally builds skills over time, forming essential self-regulation habits.​​​​​
​Level Two introduces more complex ideas and strategies, building on top of Level One.
​Level Three introduces conflict management and social awareness skills, and more advanced self-awareness skills.
Grade Level Breakdown
Each grade level has a developmentally appropriate unit range, and a stretch range in which teachers can begin to introduce new concepts and strategies.
