Play & Guide
Select a routined time Monday through Friday when you can play the video lessons with your students after recess or other class transition. Speak aloud the animated text in the video to guide your students as they practice.
Continue to Celebrate
Follow the sequence of practice sessions daily and celebrate together after completing Practice Session #5. Complete our Post-Pilot Survey and receive a 20 dollar gift card. Contact millsp@stanford to participate in a compensated user-feedback interview.

About Recess Reset
Recess Reset is a classroom management tool that re-imagines Social Emotional Learning
for pre-K and elementary school through daily mindfulness practices.
Bite-size animated video lessons teach students life skills such as mindful breathing and body scans
to promote nervous system regulation and self-awareness, reduce stress, and build community.
The curriculum is designed to be implemented routinely after class transitions like recess,
seamlessly integrating life skills development into the school day while
meeting the needs and time constraints teachers have.
Simple solutions to classroom management help improve student focus and calm,
and reduce teacher stress and burnout.
Recess Reset was developed with the support of the Stanford Accelerator for Learning
and the Stanford Graduate School of Education
