Create a Free Account to access Recess Reset lessons. Watch our “How to Use” professional learning video and then practice a mindful breathing lesson once on your own to de-stress and rejuvinate. Fill out our Pre-Pilot Survey and become eligible for a $20 gift card.

Use Recess Reset in Your Classroom

Select a routined time Monday through Friday when you can play the video lessons with your students after recess or other class transition. Speak aloud the animated text in the video to guide your students as they practice.
